Self Management
Self-Management represents intrapersonal (internal) competencies that focus on understanding one's own emotions, strengths, limitations, and managing behaviors. Self-Management includes the capacities to delay gratification, manage stress, and feel motivation and agency to accomplish personal and collective goals.
