Self Awareness
Self-Awareness represents intrapersonal (internal) competencies that focus on understanding one's own emotions, strengths, limitations, and managing behaviors. Self-Awareness includes capacities to recognize one’s strengths and limitations with a well-grounded sense of confidence and purpose.
